There are fancy, insulated water bottles out there that we love but Nalgene’s wide-mouth bottle is a classic and at 32 ounces, it’ll keep you hydrated on your adventures. This one is made from 50% recycled plastic and is dishwasher-safe. There are a few fun designs available, but we particularly like this retro “Opt Outside” print.
REI Co-Op 650 Down Jacket
A good down jacket keeps you warm, whether you’re walking the dog or trekking out on winter hikes. This one isn’t bulky or heavy and is made from 100% recycled nylon with a durable water-repellent coating. It’s available in several fun colors too.
Garmin inReach Mini 2 Satellite Communicator
For city adventures, our phones typically offer more than enough protection for emergencies. However, if you regularly hike or camp deep in the Wi-Fi-less woods, you’ll need something more capable — just in case. Rumpl Original Puffy Blanket
